Open Raven uses the concept of Workspaces. You can create a Workspace for:
- Your company
- A department within your company
- Just a team you work with
Your individual user account can be a member of many Workspaces.
To create a Workspace, you will need to:
- Sign up for an Open Raven account
- Create Your Workspace
- Log in to Your Account and Start Using Your Workspace
Let's get started.
Step 1. Sign up for an Open Raven account
Before you create your first Workspace, you must have an Open Raven user account. Go to the Open Raven Sign Up page to create an account for free.
Step 2. Create Your Workspace
After you have logged in, navigate to Open Raven Trial to create a Workspace.


When creating a Workspace, we recommend choosing a descriptive name, such as your company name. After you press the Create button, you will see the screen below.


Provision of your Workspace will start immediately and finish within 90 minutes (it typically takes less than 20 minutes).
Step 3. Log in to Your Account and Start Using Your Workspace
When your Workspace is ready, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to log in. You can then immediately start using your Workspace.
